Jeff Lilge is a first round draft pick... a keeper... a real catch!

I’ve known and worked with Jeff for 20 years. He’s been the Art Director and capable leader for our creative department for most of that time. A talented designer with a gentle manner that has ensured some of the best work from a wide variety of artists. He knows how to communicate with both client and vendor, account rep’s and artists alike. I think his skill at directing a team is bested with his wonderful designs.

Drawing from a diverse pool of interests (piano, he plays and writes — carpentry, he’s restored several vintage homes), Jeff has taken the mundane to monumental (fabulous conference floor display) the mediocre to moving (important historical poster series).

I am honored to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Jeff Lilge.  I have known Jeff for many years and in all those years, he has always been a person who leads by example.  He never asks anyone to do something he is not willing to do himself. Jeff’s leadership skills are tremendous. We have worked together on school boards, church deacon boards and a variety of other projects.  It seems in every situation; Jeff always goes above and beyond what is expected of him.  He can analyze a situation and get people motivated to move in the right direction toward the goal. 

Communication is extremely important to him.  He is a very thoughtful person who carefully chooses encouraging words when talking to others.  People find his enthusiasm and dedication both inspiring and motivating.  He is quick to praise others but never seeks praise for himself.  He truly cares for other people and this shows in his actions.  I admire how Jeff shows respect to everyone even in times of disagreement.

In summary, Jeff is a highly skilled person who is very motivated and dedicated to both his work and to the people he works with.  Many of his skills cannot be taught.  Strong work ethic, moral integrity, always showing respect to others are just a few examples of his rare skill set.  Without question, Jeff will be a tremendous asset to any organization.

Jeff Lilge was employed by my company, IHAC, Inc. (dba Hope Health), starting in October 1997. Jeff is extremely talented in the graphic arts. He was responsible for the design of many of Hope Health’s award-winning products, and played a key role in developing our Websites, direct marketing collateral, and social media site branding. He also directed the development of custom media projects for a wide variety of client companies.

He is very organized, and managed many detailed projects for the company, as well as a number of our outside content providers (artists, photographers, videographers, graphic, and Website designers). He is also comfortable with social media production.
